TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated June 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SweatShot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SweatShot. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Your content

You own the photos, captions and messages you post. To operate the service, you grant SweatShot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process (for example resizing or moderation review) and display your content to the members of the circles you share it with. This license ends when you delete your content or your account. You are responsible for everything you post, including making sure people who appear in your photos are okay with it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

SweatShot has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or illegal, and you may not impersonate others or spam. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice for violations.

Moderation, reporting & blocking

Every post and message can be reported, and any user can be blocked. Reported content may be hidden automatically pending review, and we act on reports within 24 hours. To report a problem outside the app, email support@sweatshot.app.

Copyright

If you believe content on SweatShot infringes your copyright, email hello@sweatshot.app with the content location, proof of your rights, and your contact details. We will remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account, which permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

SweatShot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SweatShot is a social accountability tool, not medical or fitness advice — consult a professional before starting an exercise program.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweatShot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app of material changes; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
